Ripoff contest not updated website pretends to offer prizes but is a fraud

Wastes peoples time by way of offering a defunct, fraudulent web site that really doesn't offer real prizes to people.

A "cartoon contest" that supposedly is updated weekly hasn't changed in 3 months. Alleged announced winners are likely fake. Owner says he's been so busy with film projects he hasn't had time to update his site but makes no apology for wasting people's time with a joke contest.

Probably found it more lucrative to exploit california film grants and subsidies and let his other website generate profits while not fulfilling the duties of running a sweepstakes properly.

John Bradley is the offender. Does California enforce contests to make sure they are on the up and up or do they just let these gypsy type operations thrive? Website is affiliated with a time share sales outfit which probably explains a lot
