Ripoff, false whois information on domain name ultimatefunding

Melbourne IT an Internet domain registrar lists in their whois information for ultimatefunding.Biz being Wayne Craig of gateway 2 funding. Which ripped off 100's of people including for 1000's of dollars.

I have emailed Melbourne twice about the false information and why they do they have false information listed in the whois database. There response was that earth link is their hosting company and that I need to contact them.

When I contacted Earth link, they said that they could not give info and was told by a manager there named Ms. Carr that Ultimatefunding.Biz was up for three month and that client was suppose to pay by check.incredible. Melbourne IT refuses to help me in anyway for registering a name with false info and earth link let the website stay up with no money for three months. It is because of these two companies that 100's of people were ripped off and they do not want to do anything about it.

I understand that they are not responsible for false information, but give me a break already someone has to be responsible for allowing Internet fraud to happen. I am holding Melbourne IT and Earth link personally responsible for letting and enabling fraud to happen over the Internet.

If Earth Link did not keep the site up for 3 months with payment to them and Melbourne IT would help me with the proper information now that know it fraud, someone had to pay with a credit card, this would not have happened. Also I was told BY Earth Link that Ultimatefunding.Biz was bought by someone else and the whois information was not changed, that does not make sense. So, ultimatefunding.Biz was sold to someone else knowing that that domain was involved in fraud.incredible.
