Ripoff

On 6/5/06 I purchased the basic net detective service for 29.95. Of course I got old and out dated information. So I upgraded for an additional 9.95. They charged my account not only for these two charges but then on 6/8/06 they charged my bank account an additional 29.95.

I tried to contact them on there customer support screen but no one replied to my e-mails. They had absolutely no right to take my money the second time and as for their service it is horrible so they should not have taken my money the first time either. Now the upgrade that I paid for does not even work. I would like them to refund all of my money at this point. They advertise up to date information. Yet the only address they had for the people I was looking for are addresses they had back in the 80's. Please, I had these addresses already. I think its a shame they did this. This was something very important to me. I would have paid for people search at least the trial I did with them had better info. It's a shame I wasted my money on Net detective and more of a shame that they then stole even more money from me. Please help me with this situationl
