Ripoff

I asked for my money back, because I previously purchased the Same thing, they sold me the same thing twice within a month. They said they wouldn't refund my money. They Guaranteed their program to Fix my computer it did not, it only created more problems in my computer registry. Problems I could not get rid of. I emailed them and they sent me a letter back Refusing to refund my money.
