Stamps.com ripoff fraud lies of "your account is cancelled"

So I cancelled my account 2 weeks into the trial period and 2 months later, I receive an email stating i owe'd "Previous Balance 47.97" now I called in on the day i received the bill to complain my account was already cancelled. The agent was EXTREMELY RUDE and said "SORRY unless you have a confirmation number, it isnt cancelled.

(At this point im pretty pissed off)

She said I can cancelled it now but you need to pay for an extra month for it be cancelled? AT THIS POINT IM FUMING and the new charges total out to $63.96

At this point, I ask for a supervisor and yet again, he tells me that i didnt cancel. (Stuck in a F*ED up situation)

I receive a letter just a few days ago that they would hand this over to a collection agency to get the money.

At this point, can this go on my credit report as a unpaid deliquency and affect my score?

If someone can answer that, it would be great
