His latest scam is a television informerical and a website television infomerical that claims when you sign up new directors of the whole food supplement company, you get "$50 Up Front" for each director you sign up, and each director your director's sign up.
When I sign up two directors, they notified me, but no commmission was listed on the admin page of my website.
When I tried to contact them, they avoided me until the 60 day refund period had passed. When I pointed out to them I had a contract, and the documents they sent me said I would be paid $50 for every director I signed up, up front, they quoted the main page of my website to me, that is a promo for new directors, which had changed since I sign up.
That did NOT change the fact that the contract said IF they made any changes to the terms of service, I would be notifed on my ADMIN PAGE, only seen by me, not the public.
The ADMIN page terms did change twice. The first time from being paid monthly to every two weeks. The next time payment changed from every two weeks to once a week. There was NEVER any mention of me getting paid different, as I quote the response I finally got.
"Regarding the two Directors who have signed up on your website, you make your money when they sell 20 bottles of therapeutics. They are tagged to you for life and, in addition, you make $5 for every bottle that they sell. This information is on the front page of your website.

Donald Lapre has numerous warnings from the U. S FDA, has been fined millions, and has filed bankruptcy twice. His once partner Doug Grant was arrested for the murder of his wife. This is unsavory company and should be avoided.
