He does not claim, nor does he guarantee, that the items he sells are genuine (read his wording). I ordered an item from him knowing that I would be getting a replica. On reflection it would make life easier for both jeff and his customers if he simply states in his ebay auctions that the product is NOT authentic. He delivered on a timely manner so there is not problem there.
