Bait & Switch Ripoff Hacienda Heights

I ordered 500 PRODISK Brand (specific) and received in a PRODISK case 500 Mitsubushi DVD's The Mitsubishi DVD's are of a less quality. The company offered by 10% off on my cost. When I requested my money back they said they could not do this until I ship the DVD's back. I asked them to credit my account before I sent them back so I would not be completely out. They stated no and that even through they sent me the Mitsubishi DVD they did not carry them. Even though they checked several other boxes and discovered they also were Mitsubishi. They also said that we were both (meaning them and myself) victims and that we would both have to take some of the loss.
