Crocodilepolo.com, Howtobeaplaya.com
Ripoff

Purchased two men's Lacoste Polo shirts for a total of $79.98 from a compan called crocodilepolo.com. On 4/30/06. However my AMEX statement has them listed as howtobeaplaya.com, hmm. Well here it is 5/11/06 and no email, letter or phone call from merchant. I contacted AMEX and they are doing an investigation. I've been doing numerous web searches and found an International Anti-Counterfetting Coalition (IACC) article by Timothy P. Trainer, dated 2/4/04 entitled, "Internet Domain Name Fraud." It lists web sites with false WHOIS information. Well guess who's name is there: Howtobeaplaya.com. At this point I have more confidence in American Express that than the federal government!
