IPayment ripoff deducted $4700 from my bank account without notice

IPayment Inc. Deducted $4700.00 from my bank account without attempting to notify me. When I contacted the company I was told that the deductions were for a security deposit. I was told that there may be further deductions as well but it was not known how much they would need for the security deposit. I'm not an attorney, but that is EXTORTION in my book. These deductions were not approved by me and I am attempting to retrieve the funds at this time. These extortion practices by IPayment, Inc. Has put my company out of business. I have found numerous compalaints about IPayment, Inc. On the web... All about the same thing... Extortion. I would be very greatful to find a class action lawsuit against IPayment, Inc. If anyone knows of an existing suit or if anyone would like to start a class action suit against this company, please contact me.
