Ripoff

I bought a low cost software calendar creater 6 for $2.95 and it did not work. So i emailed them to tell them it does not work and i revecive a very rude email back saying its not there problem and contact the Manufacturer.

They would not exchange or refund my money for their defective product and now i am reporting them over $2.95 what kind of comany is this to lose bussiness from me and everyone i am going to tell about this over $2.95.
