Ordered books that never arrived

After participating in e-commerce for almost 10 years, this was the worst experience I've ever had. After waiting 30 days, my order of textbooks never arrived. They continually said that it was in transit and on its way. The tracking number they provided with the USPS indicated the postal service never received the order. Ecampus.com continually assured me that it was common for the tracking order to not show. After speaking with the postal service many times, they assured me the order was not in their possession.

I found out another classmate had also ordered her textbooks from ecampus.com and was having the exact same problem. Our orders never arrived and we were forced to buy our books elsewhere. Meanwhile, ecampus.com did not offer immediate refund of money. They said they had to file a claim with the USPS first.instead of waiting possibly months for my refund (which I'm not sure I would have ever gotten), I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and my credit card company credited my account. I felt like I was getting the run-around by this company and the books were never even mailed.

I will never do business with this company again. I have also warned my classmates to not use them.
