Charged on Qwest Phone Bill Ripoff

Privasafe Inc. Has been charging my Qwest Home Phone/Internet Bill for the amount of $14.95 each and every month since June 2nd, thats TWO YEARS w/out knowing about these charges till today I looked at our bill since our bill gets payed automatically through our checking account. My son supposibly signed up for a free DVD PLAYER and agreed to be charged on our phone bill $14.95 a month for 90days to recieve the free DVD PLAYER. He doesn't have nor uses the email that Privasafe told me today on the phone, I called and am hopfully getting a full refund of $38.12 w / taxes included from their BIG CORPORATION in New Jersey, USA! Has anyone else recieved something like this or similar Hope to hear back from all of you!!!
