Poor customer service, horrible, destitute, meager, don't care about clientele ripoff

I came to find out about jetstream wireless, about a year and a half ago through a solicitation. Since I was using old copper lines through Qwest DSL, my service was poor and I switched to jetstreams wireless highspeed internet. Since that time, I have had so many problems with the service I can't count that high. The contract I signed was ridiculous.

I have lost periods of service during business hours, late hours, etc. Anywhere from days to weeks. Owning your own business and having this happen, is NOT acceptable by any standards. No one answers the phones, and if you can get ahold of someone, they ask you to hold and can never fix a problem. The company is a joke.

I contacted someone named Chris from a company locally called Phoenixinternet. Now, I'm getting great speeds, service, and price. I was paying $100 a month with jetstream, and now I'm only paying $85, not to mention install was free, compared to $500 with jetstream. Contact this company if your looking for a professional company that gaurantees a 99.99% uptime. Chris has taken care of me since day 1 and has been a great help.
