When I kept calling motorzoousa's number of 888-612-9910 for the past few days, it was a fax machine. When I read about them changing their name to zerodownmotors, I went to the website and called their number 866-646-7322. When they answered their phone they said motorzoousa.

When questioning them about isn't this zerodownmotors, not motorzoousa. They asked me where I got this information from. So I complained about being scammed by them, and she said she had to go because they were moving locations. She said she would call me back, and to my surpise she did, but told me I can't get a refund.

I asked her why the motorzoousa numbers are all the same now, and why it is a fax machine. She became short with me and basically hung up on me. Later I called motorzoousa, and now it's not a fax and they are answering the phone. The kicker is, the same people are answering the phones for motorzoousa and zerodownmotors.
