Imagexlcom - Build Web Sites Cheapimagexlcom built website for us, then lost all the site and now we have no website ripoff

We hired this company to build us a website. They built the site then offered to us to host the site which I did as it sounded much easier for them to host it as well as to build it.

All went well for about three weeks. Part of their contract was to send us a backup disk incase something ever happened so we could place it with another hosting company and not loose all the uploading which I had done.

I tried to contact them on numerous occasions with noe replyy on the backup disk, but never recieved it!

About april 12th I went in to check the site and was shocked to find it gone! About two weeks later it showed back up, but all the uploading I had done, about 30 hours worth of hard uploading for all the pictures, descriptions ect. To allow us to be able to sell on the internet were all gone. I have sent many emails regarding this with no replies. They are supposed to be a professioinal website builder.

I warn anyone of using them as I have paid for a site which is now unusable
