Pop-ups pops won't go away. Usa

I went to a chinese site and found out later on that there was a pop up or I guess a spware scanner installed on my computer. I tried to uninstall it but it cannot be located in my computer. Now I have a pop up every 5 seconds telling me my computer is infected with viruses. When I click on it, it automatically takes me to a site to download an antivirus or adware program. I sent an e-mail to ask how to get rid of this, but they will no respond. Anybody have a suggestion?

I downloaded spybot, ad-ware6 and tried other programs. The programs will detect the viruses including the trojan that keeps coming up on each scan. Each time I scan, the same virus will keep emerging. I can't get rid of them.
Any other suggestions or advice that might help me?
