Ripoff artists utterly annoying, filth peddlers scam and con artists

My 13 year old son was supposedly allowed by moviepass. Tv to download a free preview of their site. After the "free trial period" had expired, some annoying box kept popping up on my computer. I did not order this, so I attempted to contact them on their website. A porno from their website was allowed to be downloaded by my 13 year old onto our family computer shared by younger siblings.

I filled in the customer service, "contact us" info. With an e-mail discussing my greivance, and when I hit submit, a "free account cancellation" box appeared. Then, a statement came onto my computer, stating that the account was cancelled. 20 seconds later, that stupid billing pop-up appeared again. It comes on several times a day, and will not go away unless we shut down our computer.

I would like to get my hands on these scam artists, who thoroughly destroy my family's time on the computer. I will not pay for something that they allowed a 13 year old to sign up for. I can't believe they don't have more strict measures in place, so that minors can't just click on a box as proof of their age. They should require a credit card, even for a trial period, which would deter minors from signing up. I would like to know if anyone knows how to remove this annoyance called moviepass, without paying big bucks to install programs to remove it.

And if not, can't there be a class action lawsuit somewhere against moviepass? And could this xoftspyware product that offers to remove moviepass, actually be a product from moviepass, making money off people like me, who won't pay for moviepass? Like they'll get your money one way or another? Is Xoftspy legitimate? I am just so frustrated right now, I'd just like some answers, and or solutions. Whoever made moviepass, needs to come visit this irrate mother. I'll give them a moviepass allright!
