CPU Still Broken After 46-Day Repair Wait

After waiting 46 days to have my CPU repaired and returned by 'Best Buy'. It still doesn't work. I've owned it for just about 3 months now and used it for less than 8 hours. My only recourse now is to ship it back to the manufacturer and avoid 'BestBuy' in the future.
