Norton Ani-Virus rebate offer ripoff! For the 2nd year in a row, Symantec has denied my rebate request because of "missing proof of Previous Ownership". Each time I have properly documented my rebate request. I believe Symantec has a policy of blanket denial of all requests in order to make it as difficult as possible to get their offerred rebates. I believe this is a comopany policy designed to ripoff the public.
