Ripoff Attempt at consumer fraud

When applying for a trial account with Stamps.com, there was misleading information regarding the subscription plan including the terms of service and cancellation of service with the company. Even though the account was never utilized and subscription was signed up for by accident, Stamps.com did no action to refund "monthly" fees including billing me an additional 15.99 the day following account termination explaining this was for the final month of service and they are not liable for incorrect submissions to their website or for customers that choose to pay the monthly subscription but not utilize their services. Stamps.com should be much more attentive to customer concerns, complaints, and termination of accounts including credits when justified.
