Global Trans Management
Employment scam for package processing assistant

Internet & Web

I responded to a local classified newspaper ad for employment. A job that promised $3000 a month working Part Time from home. The web address given lead me to a professional looking site. I applied to this company and was immediatly accepted. They asked for a photo copy of my ID which made me suspicious. I tried locating their website through various internet search engines, no links good or bad came up on the net which made me even more curious. Finally I searched the internet using their "job" description, "a package processing assistant" This brought me to a news article at www.msnbc.com/id/11057268. I ALMOST sent them my information but after reading this news article I found out all they forgot to mention in this great job offer was the fact that they would be dealing in solen merchandise.

It turns out the packages they promised to send me for forwarding and re-distributing would have been bought with stolen credit cards. I was in turn supposed to ship them overseas. You've heard it a million times before, but if something sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
