Ripoff

I thought I was getting downloads and only had to pay 1 dollar. Than I couldnt down load anything, and now I have a debit withdrawl of 59.00 and now 99.00 I cant afford this my husband is calling lawyers, this is a mee I do not know what to do but we can not get our money back the bank said unless they directly deposit it back in. PLEASE HELP I am in tears!!!
