Took $40.00 dollar out my account. If it is suppose be free why is they stealing money out my account. Ripoff Internet

On March 3 I apply to freecreditreport.com to get a free credit report. I read all the term before I give any information. On Saturday March 4 I call them to cancle my membership, then I call my bank to ckeck my account and $74.95 was missing from my account, checks I wrote had bouce now I'm mad.
I call them on march 12 they put back $34.95 back in my account, put they didn't put the $40.00 back in my account. Could you help with my lawsuit.
