Downloads are free; membership has a charge. It's supposed to be easy. There is no provision on the site to lodge a complaint or to ask for money back except it states you can access webchat to which the link could not be found. Do you really want me to go on. The reason i know his name is because he gave a testimony on another website called cash engines. This in no way implicates cash engines. Don't let him rip you off.
