Ripoff disheartening they promised to deliver the world but instead I got bupkizz

I'm very dis-appointed with this company. They said they could deliver 8,000 hits too my web-site per month for a whole yr. This is almot 100,000 hits per yr but all i got so far is bupkizz.
They contacted me on 2-3-06 i was impressed and also gulliable i guess and spent $1,500. I told them i needed too wait about 3wks too get my web-site in order and familiar with it, yet still no contact from them.
Here it is more then a month latter and no contact, if i had there phone #i would give them a piece of my mind. Very dishearted with this company, anybody with some advice or info i would greatly appreciate it.
