Major complaint: Delivered a paper that was completely off-topic. Paid for 4 day delivery but the "free revision" will take 5 business days which is on top of the 4 days already waited. If you had a deadline you were facing, you'd be screwed.

Biggest complaint is that it wasn't what I paid for and instead of perhaps offering future service discount or at least expediting the correction, they make you wait even longer. Luckily for me I'm not under a deadline.

Minor complaint: Their proof-reader sucks and their quality of work is not very impressive. I'm not against using them for perhaps mundane writing tasks where the topic doesnt matter but if you specify a topic then that's the topic that should be delivered.

This was the first time I ever thought about trying this type of service and if you actually got what you paid for it would be well worth the cost.in this case it was not.
