Ripoff, rebate refunds

I purchased a computer through Dell and was offered a rebate. When computer was shipped sent in post card for rebate. Tried calling them, faxing them, emailing them and they kept responding with the same answer. Your rebate was received late, therefore you will not receive rebate.

They did not bother to read any correspondence which indicated that purchase was made in July and original post card mailed in July. It was not my fault that they lost the original. Luckily I had kept a copy of the rebate information, of which I was mailing. It was to no avail they never sent refund.

While I was making payments on computer to Dell I sent letters to Phoenix the rebate center, the billing center, the corporate headquarters in Texas, but apparently they do not care.
