Dishonest business practice, rebate ripoff Herndon, VA

Onrebate.com is a ripoff. I sent them my "rebate reciept" that fry's gave me when I purchased my computer case, the forms they requested (totally filled out) and the upc from the box. They claim that there is a "missing invoice" (what is that?) so they cannot process my rebate.

This is absurd. I have filled out things online and on paper, sent them a reciept and a UPC from the box... I HAVE PROVEN THAT I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT.

Whenever I try to talk to them via their 1 800 number, I give up after waiting 30 - 60 minutes on hold. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have sent them an email regarding this situation, I hope they resolve it because I will not give up.

For all of you out there shopping for electronics - REBATES OFFERED THROUGH ONREBATE.com ARE NOT WORTH THE PAPER THEY ARE PRINTED ON.

I hope they resolve this issue quickly.
