Ripoff Sent rebate information in a timely manner, denied because of time, will not respond even with proof

We purchases a Hyvision MV177 LCD monitor from Tiger Direct with a $50.00 rebate. All forms were submitted on time and there was a delay in the company's response. Finally they sent me an e-mail after several requests stating they had located our rebate registration in the data base. All attemps to get the rebate have failed, even after sending all the documentation showing every thing was submitted in a timely manner.
