As a second chance item.

My bad - I didn't check before bidding or accepting the 2nd chance offer to see either their feedback, or that they took PayPal.

So I sent a money order for $35 on 2-9 via Certified Mail, return receipt to them. Postage was $4.64, so I'm out $39.64

Got the card back in the mail, it arrived 2/10.

On 2/12 they filed an unpaid item complaint against me.

On 2/16 they closed the dispute with a strike against my eBay account.

On this same day they closed their account and hid their feedback.

This is the PO Box company that they are using. I have contacted the manager, Manuel, with little luck on several occasions. According to him the mail had not been forwarded as of 2-17, but he won't talk to me any more.

E-mailed another eBayer that had left her bad feedback. Got the lowdown that she lives in Iowa.
I've also figured out that her husband's name is Leo, and he does the same kind of stuff. Haven't gotten replies from anyone that has actually seen Leo, but I have talked to one person who saw Ronda in person.

So here is the information I have gleaned from the web so far. I would advise anyone buying or selling in an internet auction to avoid these people. Leo also likes to trade bootleg tapes, dvds and cds, only he never sends his on the trade it would seem.
