Ripoff Charged me double of estimate and failure to follow up on my request

Internet & Web

I requested assistance in setting up my new computer and to see that my files were transferred to the new one. I was quoted 1-2 hours to do the job. At no more than $200'

The job took a few hours at a cost to me of over $400. Subsequently, 10 days later, when the system crashed (February 15).. I called for assistance as a follow up from their agent who presumably set it up correctly. I called to see whether I could get help. They placed me on hold various times and kept me waiting well over 15-minutes.

Finally when I was able to connect with a technician (Len Boyd-sp), he told me to call the next day (February 17) at 8:00 am Central time, my time was 6:00am PST. I called him at the designated time and left messages. Finally I reached him at about 6:30amPST and he said he would call me in 2-hours (8:30ish).

When he didn't call I called him at 9:00PST. Left a messageI called various times. At approximately 10:00, I reached him and he said he would get back to me but Noon (PST).

At 12:30, when he failed to call, I left various messages and tried numerous extensions but to no avail. Needless to say no one ever called me back.
