USA Card Services Do Not Join. Promises they don't keep. You get stuck with a contract for 4 years. After the sell, the sales person will not even return your calls. Service is terrible. They tell you if you refer someone they will pay you, it is all lies. Pass the word. It is a SCAM. You will spend more money than you realize.
