I also inadvertently didn't sign the rebate form. I was notified via email of this and responded promptly to the email asking where do we go from here. I got the standard reply that my email will be answered in 72 hours. No answer. I emailed again when I didn't receive an answer in 72 hours and again of course got the automatic email reply. That was on January 30th. To date I have not received an answer to date.
The process is confusing.
