Ripoff sending an item with a missing part

Last Dec 22 I bought a computer that has supposed to have a tuner card but receiving without it. I called them up immediately and they agreed to send me one expecting I'll be receiving the original tuner card installed on the system. I was shocked when I open the package and saw that it was the cheapest available tuner card in their store worth $30 so I returned it. I called them up again a lot of times and lastly I talked to their Manager asking about my issue but the Manager just told me that He could not give me the original because it was too expensive ($85) and then He suggested to replaced it that worth $45 and He told me if I still want the original one ($85) I have to pay for the difference or return the item. What can I do but to accept the deal since all my files are already in that computer. That's why I was suspecting that they intentionally removed the misssing part and sell it to ebay for additional profit.
