Ripoff dishonest, wont return emails false advertising fast shipping

I ordered items from going12345sold on ebay. I ordered 4 items and it cost me over 130.00 dollars first off I should have noticed that they were thieves when the pay pal link to pay would not except any money for them saying the account was not taking any money it was closed...

So I had to pay by check and it cleared the first week of feb I ordered this on jan 7 and I still don't have any of the items and I need them bad for my biz. This Jesus Cruz will not answer any of my emails and the emails from ebay I call the phone number and all I get is a recording saying "what" that is it...

This guy is not going to get away with this I will make sure he is well known before it is all over...
