Fraudulant billing no idea how they got my account number they need to be shut down

I have never once used or visited this site, and I have no idea how they got my account number, but they have been charging $9.95 to my account for at least the past 3 months, with one of the transactions costing me $30 extra for an insufficient funds charge! These people need to be shut down and made to repay the costs and then some!
