Ripoff Can put money in but cannot get out!

DXINONE is supposedly a payment processor and exchange. I put money into it last year and when I tried to get it out, I can't! They have what is called an "OutXChange" to transfer your money. I have tried to "OutXChange" for the last 4-5 months and it is always "waiting to be processed".
The last "outxchange" i started was December 10. It is "supposedly" an "instant" outxchange. I is still waiting to be "processed".
DXINONE is nothing but a "RIP-OFF"! It's easy to put money IN your account... But just try to get it OUT!
