I believe that their representatives misled me and provided false information about what they are doing, ripoff

In early September of I became involved with the non-paid advertising part of the Results Group. The representatives gave me great promises of how very confident they were of how much money our company, represented by me could make in a short period of time by just placing ads to get people to go to shoppersgonewild.com and windowscasino.com.

Along with my assistant, we spent a lot of time, effort, energy, and financial resources to place these ads with zero results. We spent $100 to be involved with the non-paid advertising. I must point out that it was like pulling teeth to get any one of their representatives to spend a little bit of time with us to provide technical assistance and guidance.

In the middle part of November, of I talked with Gene Cameron, the representative for the paid advertising. Mr. Cameron seemed so very confident that we could make a great deal of money in paying for advertising that The Results Group would place on line for us. Mr. Cameron said that The Results Group works with two advertising agencies, and would place over 10,000 ads on between 20,000 and 30,000 websites. Mr. Cameron said that I would be in a pool with about 175 people for whom they, The Results Group, would be placing ads.

Please note that once we paid the $500 for 4,000 Targeted Guaranteed Traffic visitors, that Gene Cameron never called me back. I left a number of calls requesting to meet with him by telephone so that he could provide technical assistance and guidance. The customer service representative would place me on hold coming back to say that Mr. Cameron could not take our call, and could someone else talk with me. She also promised that she would leave a message for Mr. Cameron to clal me on a number of occasions which he never did do.

Also, I would like to point out that I am legally blind and depend upon a text-to-speech program called Jaws to read the text on the screen which sighted people will read with their eyes. Jaws does not always read all of the information that's on the screen especially if some of it is in graphics.

I attempted to explain my situation to the representatives without much understanding, it seemed on their part. Also, there were times I would have my assistant to be in on some of these calls to provide assistance; - some of the representatives seemed impatient with us during these calls.
