Ripoff - cash my check but never received my computer. Want money back but don't have their numbe

I got a list of all the products they offered and they also sent me a voucher for $410.00. I selected the product I wanted and inserted the order form, check for $10.00 (for layaway), and $410.00 voucher and then sent it too them.

I have yet to receive my computer or a letter stating why I haven't received it yet. Someone please help me.
