Ripoff This company refuses to give a refund based on their guarantee

This is my second problem with parkingticket.com and I am not looking forward to having more problems but they are coming. You see they have a policy that if they cannot beat your parking ticket they will refund you any money they have charged your account. The problem is they really don't intend on giving out any refunds. I mean their guarantee is the reason I used their services in the first place. I mean what have you got to lose? Well, I ended up paying for my tickets meaning I didn't win and on top of paying the fee for the tickets I paid parking ticket.com and additional fee from $25 to $50. So it was a real kick in the you know where. The reasons they give for their rejections or refusal to refund my money are ridiculous. There is no way to speak to a human being to resolve the issues. DO not use them... They are good at taking your money... But very bad at winning your cases and refunding you your fee...
