Ripoff, a lot of money for nothing, most of what they offer can be obtained cheaper elsewhere

Retrospectively, we also (my wife and I) got sucked into buying 3 storefronts, where 1 would have been sufficient for our needs. Back in March in Flushing NY we attended their seminar, both of us at the time unemployed and holding in my hand, my last unemployment check. With no income we had somehow been approved for a loan to buy the 3 'storefronts', along with a $300 deposit, which ate up my last unemployment check.
Yes, they made a lot of promises during that seminar... None of which they have lived up to. Their online 'Help' and 'Customer Service' is "useless", generally adding to the confusion and frustration. Most of the personnel didn't have a socially useable knowledge of the 'English' language!

Fortunately I had a working knowledge of html and web design, so was able to trudge ahead without their support and through trial and error finally publish my website, which is still active today, no thanks to Stores Online!

I have just become aware of all the issues surrounding Stores Online and their 'fraudulent' practices, but only after 'renewing' the web hosting for another year. I am currently preparing to transfer my store to another web host and dump Stores Online altogether for all the same reasons that I have read here at "complaint" and literally throw 2 storefronts into the garbage, of which I have no use.

In my opinion Stores Online has no 'product' other than "Hype"!
