Through pricerunner found this Internet based company selling Sony electronics.

Bought a camera and accessories and paid by bank transfer prior to goods arriving.

Camera arrived but no accessories due to back order. Offered non Sony products instead which I refused.

Goods ordered and paid for on the 13 June order id: 52115.7920040613

After a number of Emails the company promised to make a refund (SEK 1500) after I submitted my bank details. This was done but still no refund.

Last Email from Fastronic was March. I have continued to send Emails but now no reply although the company continues to exist and carries out business "as usual".

Need help in getting my money back.
