Ripoff charged the customer and failed to send the order. Chicago

Armani Exchange online charged me for an order that they did not send, and worse of all refused to return my money. Basically; they stole $300 from my account. I was forced to file a police report, a credit card claim and take civil action to have this matter resolved. AX Customer service handled my calls with disdain and incompetence. I have never seen a company treat it's own customers in such a unprofessional manner. Given the variety of clothing stores available online any product offered by AX can be found elsewhere without the potential nightmare. Armani Exchange lost a future customer but they made an enemy for life. I am more than happy to assist in any investigation against Armani Exchange. Please contact me anytime.
