AT&T Voip Rebate
AT&T VOIP Fraudulent Rebate for $60 with the purchase of TCP DVG 120 MRT ripoff EL PASO Texas

I bought a AT&T VOIP unit from Circuit city in Aug. It had a $60 rebate from AT&T. The following are the conditions on the rebate.

Allow 8 weeks from the postmarked date for processing your rebate Offer valid in USA only Service activation required and customer must maintain service for 30 days.

Following are the events that happend from the time I bought the system

I installed the AT&T VOIP system and activated it on Aug 26th.

The rebate I submited got entered into their system on Sep 15th.

I received the query on the first week of Oct.
On Oct 5th I called to check the query & staus of my rebate they agent said he will be overriding the query and I can expect the rebate in 6 weeks.

On Nov 10th I once again called back to check the status of my rebate. I was shocked & suprised to hear when the agent said that the query is still pending and he will be overriding and it will take another 6 weeks from that date

On Dec 6th I once again called to check on the status the agent said the everything looks good on the reabte and i can expect my check in the next 2 weeks.

On Dec 22nd I once again called as i didn't receive the check. The agent said i should receive the check in less than a week time.

I didn't receive the rebate check till Dec 27th. Frustrated and Disappointed I cancelled the service on Dec 27th.

When I called on Jan 3rd to check on the status of my rebate they agent said they will not honor the rebate since I cancelled the service.

I would appericiate if I can get any help or advise regarding my case. I have the copies of my reabte & receipt. I also have the date and name of agents with whom i spoke.
