I purchased a organ from Paul Solarski on Nov. 3 A large motivating factor in the purchase of the item was his guarantee and return policy. I purchased item # 6221088312 in the amount of $2405.00 including, shipping, packaging and insurance. On November 4rd. I received Item #6221088312 on 11/23. I purchased from this seller one CATHEDRAL CRANK PIPE ORGAN JOSEPH DAVIS WORKS ALL ORIG

When I received it was significantly not as described. It was completely broken and not in working condition as paul solarski described before I purchased it. I purchased this item in accordance with a contract, which he set forth. Please read his auction text. It states, All items are guaranteed as described and may be returned for a full refund including postage. Paul Solarski Lied. Back: Your satisfaction is guaranteed and I respond to all feedback.

Upon receiving this item broken I contacted him per his guarantee. He refused to answer my question in regards to the insurance in the event the claim was denied. He finally did respond on Dec. 20th with the following:

Kelley: This was shipped 5 weeks ago. I have gotten dozens of emails from you and I am burned out with this speculation stuff. One early email stated my packing was good; another said it wasn't.

Get your story straight. I will be out of town until 12/30 so there is no point in continuing to write me. I already told you both I would do everything I can in working with UPS. I told you I tried to file a claim for you and they said the receiver had to do it. I don't appreciate your note where it sounds like I only did it b/c you called. I did try already to file it as I said.

My ad states satisfaction with the item. If the shipper damages it that is not my responsibility. I don't know why both of you are so sure that UPS will deny this claim. I sure hope you kept all of the packaging mateerial. No, I will not pay for the item if UPS denies the claim. My feedback shows excellent packaging. That box was dropped far more than 3 feet to do the damage you describe.

Paul Solarski told me that he will not take responsibility if the claim is denied. Paul Solarski clearly has policies which he is not living up to.

I made an insurance claim upon Paul Solarski request that we do so. UPS has told me that Paul Solarski packaged it improperly so I will not be reimbursed by UPS. I am now out $2405.00 and Paul Solarski has informed me that it is not his problem. I have been scammed. I have submitted reports to 4 other organizations now hoping other people will read this and never send this guy a check or money order. Had I used my credit card I would have been protected.
