Ripoff, stealing credit card money and info

I had purched the Chocolate Factory last jan and still havent received but I have since then forgotten about it till I found some stuff on it but I found this site about it and I'm reporting the ripoffs.

I found this listing reported 10 days ago, exactly like mine:

I ordered mine on 1/04/05 and my friend never received the same merchandise as this first report. I still have my email receipt.
