Mac Mall - Shawn Goldenberg Rebate Ripoff Dishonored rebate and refused to refund bank's Protest Fee

This past summer I purchased a computer and software from MacMall at 2555 West 190 Street, Torrance, California 90504. My salesperson was Gary Mattson and my main order was S184044700022. I received several rebates after the nearly $4,000 sale; however, one rebate for $39.95 was refused. I notified Mr. Mattson and provided all the information he requested on November 4th. After a month of emails and phone calls, a supervisor named Shawn Goldenberg finally promised to credit my credit card account the entire amount of check and protest fee on December 1st. My credit card statement arrived on December 27th and does not show any refunds.
