RIPOFF Blocks my screen, demanding payment for service I didn't request

This was a pop up window saying that I was to pay for subscription for movies. I didn't want this subscription in the first place. They didn't give me an option to close the window, nor opt out. They wrote the program so that the only way I could get the window to close was to pay them money for subscription. That is extortion.
