Still paying, yet no help and no website

Trusty Al sure convinced me as well. Especially, about how quick the website would be up. No one told you how crappy and small your pictures would look either.

I have a furniture/Table company and the pictures need to look good and big for detail. The pictures were tiny and they couldn't do anything about it.

A year later and a couple thousand dollars later my web page still isn't finished. The web hosting company was out of business, but yet we all still have to pay.

I tried to get out in late 2000. They told me, if you buy a car from a dealership and it breaks down, you can't return it to the bank and get your money back.

Well, leasecomm says they are just the financing and themeware has already been paid, so they are just rightfully collecting what they have already paid out.

The difference in us and the car example is that they already have the product.Us, on the other hand, we don't have the product because the support for building the site is horrible and they were out of business for 6 months.

Therefore, I paid for at least 6 months when there was no support and no chance in this world to have my sight up and running. Something needs to be done about this and money needs to be rightfully returned to all who signed this contract.
